Version 2026-11-01

* Test mode is shaped exactly like live mode: responses no longer carry `livemode`; outcomes are
  chosen with `simulate` query parameters, which live keys ignore.
* Name checks return a stable `reason.code`, with `accepted_qualifiers`, `words` or
  `conflicting_name` where they help. New `GET /v1/lines-of-business`.
* CAC queries list `items`, each naming the field to fix. Answer by fixing those fields and
  submitting again.
* New `GET /v1/registrations/{id}/status-report`. Registration numbers use CAC's format.
* Registrations, documents, name checks and webhooks in test mode.
