# Registration final review

> `registration.final_review`: CAC's automated checks passed (its conditional approval) and an officer is confirming the record, usually within 48 working hours. It can still be queried or rejected; otherwise it's approved. Signed with your endpoint's secret (webhook-id, webhook-timestamp, webhook-signature headers), not your API key.
